Hey man thank you so much for the tutorial! I have one question if you could please help me out. I generated a bunch of various characters in the first part of the workflow until I found one the one that works with my project. I disabled all the nodes in groups 2,3,4,5 to save time until I found the right generation. Now I would like to upload the correct character sheet to begin upscaling and finish the rest of the workflow for that character. I'm struggling to trigger the process in Comfyui. Still new to this, would appreciate advice from you or anyone reading this! Back to google in the meantime.

Or you can just draw the character yourself, rig it and do the animation in moho, for example. Or do the same process in blender (way easier) and add a 2d shader.... AI IS TRYING TO BRING A SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM THST DOES NOT EXIST.

I have trouble creating a superhero outfit with a spade as his superhero logo. Is this something that is even possible in your opinion? Maybe it's my prompting that needs some tweaking. He'll be the mascot of our charity, so could you make a video on creating specific clothing for your character for some philanthropic purpose :p? Amazing work by the way! Love your videos.

This is great and Ive managed to get everything solved but it fails because its missing the images: faceRefine_00087_ (1).png, faceRefine_00059_ (3).png, depth_2024_04_26_16_31_12(1).png)

What if I only want to chage the pose of an existing character? cause when I upload a character, the preview image character changes A LOT.

Guys, I have an easier workflow ! Instead of downloading, posing, arranging the poses, transforming yourself into ai, arranging the flows... You can just open procreate and draw it yourself .

ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI_IPAdapter_plus\models no longer works since the updated version of IPAdapter_plus says models is a "legacy_directory_do_not_use" So where am I supposed to put the files step 4 now?

Traditional forms of animation would be great for some scenes but it would definitely cut down on time for moments that are quite locked of or simple shots

Hi, I downloaded your workflow and followed the install instructions, and have been able to work more than half of the Character Sheet pipeline, but, it gets to a point in which it says, "Error occured when executing IPAdapterUnifiedLoader: IPAdapter model not found." Do you know what should I do?

bro your latest version is also not working..plz support (there are errors related to clip vision and ipadapter)

Cool to see the workflow. I don’t hate AI but the end result still looks super janky to me. Only the shot with the painterly girl is sort of nice but it’s extremely limited. Can see this useful as a rough Animatic tool. But as an Animation tool, I feel like it generates too many yucky frames that would take more time to fix than just drawing them correctly in the first place. As of now, I could only see this making believable results in the hands of real experienced animators. Makes me wonder if AI is always going to be stuck at cheap fastfood levels that never gets elevated or improved over the years, like McDonald’s. I doubt this tool could ever be used to make a full blown Ghibli inspired animation.

what he doesn't tell you is that you need allot of vram and that will most likely only work for people who can afford a a40 gpu, the only way to run tooncrafter is with a runpod on the cheap
